Hi there!

I just created “For Christian Professionals.

More than anything else in life, I love the Lord. I have made it my recent life goal to actively learn as much as I can about Him by reading the Word everyday, talk to people (I wouldn’t normally talk to) about Him, and live as kindly, honestly, and joyfully as I possibly can.

One of my favorite verses in the Bible is 1 Thessalonians 4: 11-12 which says:

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

I am an introvert, so I love the mind your business and quiet life bit haha. But I also love the working with your hands and not depending on anyone bit.

We, young ambitious professional Christians, often have questions like how much work is too much work (remember the Mary and Martha story?), how can we self-promote to build a personal brand (without being proud, vain and self-centred), how can we assert ourselves and get our voices heard at work (without being rude, pushy, or unChristian like). Sometimes it’s tough knowing where the line between confidence and arrogance or laziness and complete trust in God’s plan.

As a young Christian professional/entrepreneur myself, I face these issues daily – this is why I have created this site to chronicle my experiences, lessons and epiphanies with you all. I don’t have all the answers but I’d like to have conversations with my kind :).

So feel free here at For Christian Professionals. Drop comments, share your experiences, leave tips, advice, links to resources and testimonies.

Let’s make For Christian Professionals a meeting place and resource centre for young Christian professionals and entrepreneurs, all over the world, who are working hard to build their careers/businesses and deal with life in a positive way.

Yes, we can keep our faith strong even in difficult situations. Yes, we can keep quiet when people do not understand us. And YES, we can achieve big goals without being consumed by ambition.

I hope some of my words strike a chord with you and help you when you need someone. Join my exclusive email list to receive (only) the best published posts, new opportunities and tickets to events I speak at.

Peace and love,

Kelechi
